How Booking Works

  1. Customer submits a travel enquiry.
  2. We check route, date and vehicle availability.
  3. We confirm the applicable fare and service details before payment.
  4. Booking is confirmed only after confirmation from Reliable Taxi Service.
  5. Driver/vehicle details are shared as applicable before the journey.

Fare & Tax Transparency

Published fares are vehicle/route-specific. 5% GST is extra, as applicable. Toll tax, state tax and parking are included where specified in the applicable quotation. Any additional service, route change or charge will be communicated before charging where applicable.

Payment

Payment instructions are provided after the vehicle, travel details and applicable fare are confirmed. Customers should verify the booking details before making payment.

Availability

All vehicles, routes and services are subject to availability for the requested travel date. An enquiry or form submission does not by itself guarantee a booking.

Reliable Taxi Service provides private transportation and travel assistance for customers visiting the Jim Corbett area. We are not the Government of India, Uttarakhand Government, Corbett Tiger Reserve or a forest department portal. Safari permits, entry permissions, zone availability and forest rules are controlled by the applicable authorities and remain subject to their rules and availability.
